Scholarship Deadlines

The requirements for scholarship applications can vary widely, but high school transcripts and standardized test scores are commonly requested. Many organizations also want to see copies of completed financial aid forms and household tax returns to determine how much money is needed. When applications call for an essay, students should follow the instructions and ask a teacher or parent to review what was written before submission. Having at least one letter of recommendation from an educator, coach or local business leader can also benefit your application.

If you are looking for more scholarship options, talk to a high school guidance counselor, check the local newspaper and search websites like collegeboard.org.
